Credentials: MBA from Gadjah Mada University (UGM), 15+ years in Indonesian tourism development with the Juara Holding Group, Certified ASITA Professional.
Bio: Arya is the visionary force behind Baliluxuryyacht Hub. Hailing from a family with deep roots in Indonesian trade and hospitality, he possesses an innate understanding of the luxury market and a profound respect for his country’s heritage. Before founding the hub, Arya was instrumental in developing sustainable tourism projects for Juara Holding Group, working closely with government bodies like the Kementerian Pariwisata (Ministry of Tourism). His mission is to showcase Indonesia on the global stage as a premier, world-class yachting destination, built on a foundation of trust and impeccable service.
Isabelle Dubois – Head of Concierge & Client Relations
Credentials: Diploma from École hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL), former Guest Experience Manager at Amankila and Nihi Sumba, fluent in English, French, and Bahasa Indonesia.
Bio: Isabelle is the architect of our clients’ experiences. With over a decade of experience managing VIP services at some of the world’s most exclusive resorts, she has an unparalleled ability to anticipate needs and exceed expectations. Isabelle’s ‘black book’ of contacts across the archipelago is legendary, allowing her to arrange everything from a private temple ceremony with a Balinese high priest to a helicopter transfer to a volcanic crater. She personally oversees every itinerary, ensuring each moment is seamless and memorable.
Captain Iwan Santoso – Marine Operations & Safety Manager
Credentials: Master Mariner (ANT I), STCW Certified Instructor, 20+ years as Captain on superyachts across Southeast Asia, certified vessel surveyor.
Bio: Safety and operational excellence are Captain Iwan’s domain. A highly respected figure in the Indonesian maritime community, he is responsible for the rigorous vetting of every yacht and crew member in our portfolio. He personally audits maintenance logs, safety certifications, and crew qualifications, ensuring full compliance with the Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Laut (Directorate General of Sea Transportation). His extensive experience navigating the challenging waters of Komodo and Raja Ampat makes him an invaluable resource for itinerary planning and risk management. Sari Wulandari – Lead Charter Specialist
Credentials: B.A. in Tourism from STP Bali, 8 years as a senior charter broker specializing in Phinisi yachts, PADI Advanced Open Water Diver.
Bio: Sari possesses an encyclopedic knowledge of the Indonesian charter fleet. She is the primary point of contact for clients seeking the perfect vessel, masterfully matching their needs, group size, and desired experience with the ideal yacht. Her expertise lies in the nuances that make each vessel unique—from the family-friendliness of one Phinisi to the specific dive facilities of another. As an avid diver, Sari has personally explored many of the remote sites we recommend, offering firsthand insights that go far beyond a brochure. She works tirelessly to ensure every detail of the charter agreement is transparent and tailored to the client.
Dr. Bayu Pratama – Sustainability & Community Impact Lead
Credentials: PhD in Marine Biology from Bogor Agricultural University (IPB), former field researcher with The Nature Conservancy Indonesia.
Bio: Bayu guides our commitment to responsible tourism. He develops and oversees our sustainability initiatives, from forging partnerships with organizations like the Coral Triangle Center to implementing our strict single-use plastic and waste management policies onboard. Bayu works with our operations team to design itineraries that are not only breathtaking but also minimally impactful.
